Fresh veggies, tasty fish cake slices, chicken and squid balls, shiitake mushrooms, corn, tofu, and crabsticks. Shabu-shabu platter, good for 4 people.

It’s been raining these past few days here in Manila, so what better way to end the day with than with a bowl of steaming hot broth teeming with fresh vegetables and meat.  Healthy Shabu-Shabu is a healthier alternative to eating out; no greasy deep fried foods, no fatty ingredients, no preservatives, and no MSG.  As my ten-year-old nephew says, “I never thought putting food into boiling soup can be this good and much fun!”
