King Crab Patatim
Skip the crispy pata this time just this once and try this tender juicy pork legs in sweet sauce. Soft gelatinous pork skin may seem sinful and unhealthy but a chef once told me that this isn’t bad because it isn’t really fat but cartilage. Of course, I don’t know if this is true but hey, patatim is really good! If you feel a wee bit guilty, this dish is garnished with bokchoy leaves on the side. *wink* This one’s from King Crab.
