Shrimp Patties

Shrimp patties with sweet tamarind sauce.


No extenders! Just juicy, sweet fresh shrimps ground into a patty deep fried with light breading. Usually served with tamarind sauce but I think the more common (at least for us Filipinos) sweet chili sauce is a good pair, too.
